Robonix AI automates lead follow-up for dealerships. We only collect the information needed to greet shoppers, schedule visits, and keep your team informed.
This policy outlines what data we gather, how it is used, and the controls you have over that information.
Account data: when you sign in with Google we store your email address and Firebase UID.
Lead context: details submitted through intake forms or synced from Gmail such as shopper contact information, inquiry notes, and appointment preferences.
Integration data: OAuth tokens for Gmail plus optional service configuration like Twilio phone numbers.
Facebook connection data: when you link a Facebook Page we store the page ID, access token, and the message metadata required to receive and send Page conversations.
Service metadata: diagnostic logs that help us monitor delivery, error rates, and platform health.
Deliver the automated follow-up workflow, including sending messages, tracking conversations, and updating dashboards.
Ingest and respond to Facebook Page conversations you have explicitly connected, so your bot can acknowledge inquiries and notify your team.
Send operational notices, such as connection confirmations or alerts when manual attention is needed.
Maintain security and reliability. Logs are reviewed to detect abuse, troubleshoot issues, or satisfy legal obligations.
We do not sell customer data.
We share information only with sub-processors required to deliver the product — primarily Firebase, Resend, Google APIs, Twilio if you enable SMS, and Meta Platforms when you enable the Facebook Page integration.
We may disclose limited data when compelled by law or to enforce our terms.
Conversation history and integrations are stored in Firebase services secured by service account credentials.
You can disconnect Gmail, Facebook, or other integrations at any time from the dashboard; doing so revokes future syncing and invalidates stored tokens.
When you close the account we purge associated records within 30 days unless retention is required for legal or billing reasons.
Access or update account details via the dashboard profile menu.
Disconnect optional integrations (like Gmail or Facebook) in the Robonix follow-up settings.
Request deletion of conversation history or terminate the account by contacting support.
